Trying the sample

Open the sample referral and choose Try with sample contacts. All contacts and sender identities are fictional. Reviewing and simulating a send does not send real email or connect a Google account.

My campaign won’t load

The campaign may have ended, been paused, or be unavailable. In local development, the database must be running with migrations and sample data loaded. Check the repository README for setup commands.

I’m unsure whether my confirmation worked

Return to the same campaign in the same browser session. The service recovers your batch. If a confirmation response was lost, use Check confirmation status to recover that same request. An unknown provider outcome is not a failed send; in live use, check your Sent folder before taking further action.

I want to stop or delete my session

Open Session & privacy in the participant flow. You can cancel pending emails, disconnect access, or request session deletion. An email already being submitted may still send. If the private session is lost, access or deletion requires ownership verification; an email address or campaign link alone cannot restore access.

I received an unwanted referral

Use the referral-control link in the original email. You can stop future referrals from that business and separately report a concern. This does not stop personal messages sent outside this platform. Contact the business using the contact details included in that email if the link is unavailable.

Business or operator access

Business workspaces are invite-only. Use Sign in with an authorised account. Local mode offers explicit demo business and operator access. Production operator access requires enrolled, verified multi-factor authentication.

About the pilot

This service is intended for a few genuine personal referrals. Choosing a contact or confirming a send does not establish recipient consent. Live operation depends on provider permission, campaign eligibility, market review, and release evidence.
